Cleaning of apartments and offices
The price of a regular cleaning service depends on the surfaces to be cleaned, the customer's wishes and agreements. The price includes an inspection of the object, a recommended cleaning frequency offer and, accordingly, a specific and fixed price offer.
Office cleaning
Office cleaning from 0.90 € m2,
- Cleaning and washing hard floor surfaces;
- cleaning of carpets and upholstered furniture with the Customer's vacuum cleaner (wet cleaning of furniture if necessary);
- dust collection from free surfaces that collect dust (furniture, windowsills, shelves, door handles, etc.) at arm's height;
- cleaning of mirrors, glass doors and glass partitions;
- spot cleaning of interior doors and walls;
- cleaning and washing toilets (including sinks, faucets, showers, mirrors, toilet bowls);
- cleaning the kitchen and work surfaces (once a month, in addition, cleaning the inside of the refrigerator and microwave
- wet cleaning of office desks (only free surfaces), incl. dry cleaning of computer monitors;
- taking drinking glasses/coffee cups and placing them in the dishwasher and washing them;
- emptying the garbage baskets and taking the garbage to the garbage container (including installing new garbage bags at the Customer's expense);
- checking the availability of hygiene accessories in the toilets and, if necessary, adding them at the Customer's expense (papers, etc.);
- cleaning the lights (at arm's length).

- dry and wet floor cleaning
- dust removal from horizontal surfaces (if the height exceeds 3 m, the customer must have a a ladder, if necessary from us);
- cleaning of all glass and mirror surfaces (except windows);
- cleaning doors;
- cleaning radiators and pipes from the outside;
- cleaning switches and sockets;
- cleaning skirting boards;
- partially cleaning the walls
- cleaning floor and wall lights (if the lamp is on the ceiling, the customer must have a ladder, if necessary from us);
- cleaning of sanitary facilities (including studs, stone);
- cleaning of kitchen furniture (inside and outside);
- cleaning of large kitchen equipment outside and inside (equipment includes: oven, refrigerator, stove, etc.);
- cleaning the inside and outside of the freezer at the customer's request;
- cleaning of all cabinets inside and out (unpacking of personal belongings by arrangement);
- cleaning upholstered furniture with a vacuum cleaner (dry cleaning only).
- Major cleaning does not include: dry cleaning of carpets and furniture, washing the dishwasher, changing bed linen, cleaning the fireplace glass, washing dishes, etc. - these are done at the customer's request.
